1. Services Provided

Pillared Media provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising
• Website and funnel design
• Lead nurturing and CRM setup
• Creative development and consulting

All services are customised based on individual client needs.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to achieve strong performance, no marketing agency can guarantee specific results, revenue, or lead volume. All outcomes depend on factors outside of our control such as market conditions, client budgets, ad approvals, and customer behaviour.

3. Payments

All payments must be completed according to the agreed proposal or contract.
• Deposits and retainers are non-refundable.
• Ad spend is paid directly by the client unless otherwise stated.
• Invoices must be paid by the due date to avoid work delays or suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information and materials needed to deliver services
• Approve content and creative within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure they comply with Meta advertising policies
• Maintain required access to ad accounts, websites, and tools

Failure to provide required input may delay delivery and is not the responsibility of Pillared Media.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, copywriting, strategies, and systems developed by Pillared Media remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Clients receive a license to use the work for their business only.

6. Cancellations & Termination

Both parties may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• Work already completed is billable.
• Month-to-month services will not be refunded once the month has begun.

We reserve the right to end a project at any time if a client’s behaviour is abusive, unlawful, or violates platform policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pillared Media is not liable for:
• Lost revenue, lost profits, or indirect damages
• Platform outages (Meta, Google, HighLevel, etc.)
• Third-party software issues
• Account bans resulting from client actions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the previous 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be resolved in Irish courts.
